Bureaucracies ad absurdum infinitum

So it continues ad absurdum infinitum, (All for a measly 200 dollars or in other cases 0.5% increment in the already below poverty level pay scale? There is no humor in this, only sadness at our inability to be effective in fighting for peoples real rights, “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”.

Remember those words in their complete form? We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Remember these?: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

This whole recent trend in government is really about disinformation and deliberate deceit directed at a group that should know better and refuses to step up and stand for what is right. Our fore fathers cringe at our apathy and predicted it.

We need to kick our own posteriors into wide spread action against tyranny. The tyranny of entitlement and the tyranny of “free” services. My ten year old understands this well and asks me, ‘do people really think they get anything free?” She is not being cynical, she is being a realist. How do I know? Because upon asking her to explain her question, she began to ask where does the money come from to pay for the “free things” and where does the money go when it is paid for by someone. Then she shortly afterward asks, “Do our taxes that you and Mommy pay, Pay for the “free stuff”?” MY answer was of course yes!

What will it take for the adults and especially the educated ones, to stop this insanity that even a (admittedly bright) ten year old can figure out.

What do we do? Our leaders ignore us and even actively censor us, our politicians despise us and close us out of the political and social conversations on Capital Hill for lack of enough funds to BUY OUR WAY IN, and our population at large actually half believe the propaganda machine that the real cost of medical care is physicians faults.

Bureaucracy is expensive, Complex bureaucracy has too many places for legal fraud to be committed. How many times must this lesson be placed in front of us before we take responsibility for the educations we have worked hard for and earned through sacrifice of so many Special years of our lives. We have spent our personal fortunes in order to help preserve quality of life through the real delivery of real healthcare. We did not invest our quality years and money in order to support healthcare paperwork and money fleecing scams disguised as benefits to the delivery process. We did not work so hard to pay for the expansion of Malpractice insurance headquarters into 5, 10 or 30 million dollar complexes at fees that consume 15%- 35% or more of our after tax income.

We need a few defined actions to take and to encourage across the country to say, this is the line and no one shall cross it.

Writing letters and articles sound more and more like complaints of the bitter, because they are. Actions speak louder than words. Your grand mother or grand father probably tried to get you to understand that and it would seem they likely failed with many of us, far too many.

Quit the system, Opt out, decline insurance completely, serve the people alone, do not submit to EHR private data theft no matter what the scheme. Maintain your own secure data system and link it to nothing on the outside world without your personal ability to strip all the data of personal identifiers. Refuse to even do MOC, MOL, OCC and any other letter combination that costs time and money to prove nothing except how to fund yet more bureaucratic nonsense that pays ridiculous salaries to a system inherently designed to keep you from providing the service you were uniquely educated to provide.

Provide quality healthcare, first last and always.

Get out and stay out of the medico legal insurance government implosion system before there is no means except black market sales of your brilliant skill and diagnostic acumen.

But I rant….!

….Oh yes, and I did do that of which I speak in 2009. Yes it has cost me money, but I can sleep at night knowing I am DOING something. My daughter respects that decision as does my wife even though we have a very tight budget now. I am healthier myself since doing so in a great degree. I am still helping people stay healthy, reduce their dependence on medication and avoid surgery unless it is absolutely necessary. I have continued to get people back to work and reduce their own personal anxiety due to the economic and social issues that we get dropped into every day now by all three branches of the government (parties not withstanding).

What will it take for you to personally get on board, to save out nation’s health, fight corporate corruption that poisons our environment, our food chain and our water supply. What will it take to get you to understand that we need to make patients take responsibility for caring for themselves, which IS the personal right. The cost of them choosing to do other wise should be at their expense and not ours. Let them buy insurance for that and pay this premiums themselves.

Freedom is not free. The cost of Freedom is personal responsibility for the personal choices we make. Corporations are not persons, but as entities that can damage individuals as well as populations, they must also be held accountable financially as well as holding the persons or groups of persons inside that make the decisions accountable for this decisions.
